Absolutely charming hotel with super-friendly staff and I truly enjoyed unbeatable location. The breakfast offered a great selection of food and was absolutely fantastic.
Everything was great, unbeatable location so close to everything, the staff were accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed that the room was cosy and had clean shared bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable + the balcony was little. The total experience was terrific, I couldn't recommend more.

Everything was great, the room was cosy, the location was unbeatable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, I slept well. Even the Provincetown Municipal airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away.
