The hotel's location next to the Noviciado metro station made it super convenient for exploring the center of this city. I loved how it was situated in the awesome neighborhood of Malasana, filled with trendy shops and cafes. Plus, having the metro right by the hotel made it so easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the shared bathrooms in the corridor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could explore the city a bit more.
