The hostel had unmatched prices and a friendly manager who greeted me immediately. They were able to quickly sort out all the information I needed and we even had a great chat. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The limited number of beds meant that the roommates were respectful of each other. The hostel had a clean kitchen available, which was a plus. it provided a typical hostel experience where I got to meet friendly and interesting people. It will definitely be my go-to stopover when flying from Europe to this city. Next time, I also want to explore the nearby neighborhood of Little Havana.

The employees were incredibly kind and helpful, always keeping the hotel clean. We felt like we were actually living with other people and had the chance to talk to them often. The location was great, very near to the airport and downtown. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a nice and spacious yard.
