The staff were friendly and helpful, from assisting with our luggage to providing tea and treats upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to sightseeing, shopping, and the National Concert Hall. The secure parking option, even with limited availability, was a massive bonus for such a central location.

The location was superb as it was just a short walk away from the city center, allowing us to easily explore the historic sites and enjoy shopping on Grafton Street. The hotel's period feeling added to its charm, making us feel like we were truly experiencing the essence of this city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the hotel facilities were excellent. The highlight for us was the delicious and high-quality breakfast that was served every morning. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
