The location was second-to-none, being so close to the city centre and an event at Manchester arena. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and talkative. The breakfast provided was also delicious. Transportation was convenient, with easy access through a side-door, and the hotel was just a short distance from the coach station.

The check-in was very easy, and the hotel is conveniently located near Manchester Piccadilly train station. It is situated right on the canal, offering a picturesque setting surrounded by trees. the hotel is close to all the bars on Canal Street, making it an ideal location for nightlife enthusiasts. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience.

It was easy to get to from the train station and very close to everything we needed to attend. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city centre and in the centre of all the action. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with a comfy bed and towels neatly set out. The shared bathrooms were recently refurbished to a high standard, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and polite, especially the guy cleaning the rooms. a positive experience.
